Weather Closures 

For the safety of our staff and our patrons, we may choose to close during inclement weather. In that event, if you are scheduled for an appointment, you will be contacted and asked to reschedule your appointment. We will remain available by phone in the event that we are closed due to weather.

Mobile Services​

​Our audiologist will travel to you. Venues, rehearsal spaces, studios, offices, or other arrangements can be made for ear mold impressions, product demonstrations and consultations, and even hearing examinations. Serving St. Louis and the surrounding area. Arrangements can also be made for appointments in Springfield, MO. Other locations may be available upon request.(Additional travel fees may apply).

Cancellations 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, we respectively ask that you cancel that appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. We do understand that emergencies happen when you cannot cancel in advance, in those cases please contact us as soon as you can to cancel your appointment.

Please read the below statements. If any of the below statements are true for you, please refrain from scheduling an in-person appointment. If you already have an in-person appointment scheduled, and any of the below statements are true for you, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment for a later date. 

  • ​You have traveled out of the country within the last 10 days.
  • You and/or a member of your household have a fever and/or symptoms of lower respiratory illness such as cough or shortness of breath. 
  • You have experienced any of the following symptoms not related to a known, non-infectious health condition: cough, chills, runny nose, fatigue, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, body aches or muscle pain, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat or congestion, or shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. 
  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days. 
  • You have had known contact with any persons, including healthcare workers, who are lab-confirmed patient(s) with COVID-19 within the past 5 days of symptom onset. 
  • You have had known contact within the past 5 days with any persons who are suspected of having COVID-19 and/or who have been asked by a medical professional to self-quarantine due to suspicion of having COVID-19.

Covid-19 update

Hours of Operation

If you are looking for our hours of operation, you won't find them. Why? Because we keep our hours flexible in order to better suit your schedule, including some evening and weekend availability. You will need an appointment though, we do not accept walk-ins. For some appointments such as repair drop offs, accessory purchases, and universal-fit product purchases, we may be able to accommodate you same day, just call or text to find out. 

Building Accessibility

Please note, our clinic is in a building that has steps to enter the facility. We are on the first floor and our audiological booth and clinic space are fully accessible, however, the building does have steps for entrance. If you have a mobility disability or impairment that restricts your access into the building of our clinic facility, and you are local to the clinic (within 30 miles of the clinic), we will come to you for mobile visits, for available services, at no additional cost to you. Please contact us and we would be happy to make those arrangements for you.
